An award-winning company focused on responsible construction, the Nottinghamshire firm specified the floor in close cooperation with South Derbyshire District Council.
“We saw Pergo commercial vinyl flooring at a prominent construction exhibition and were impressed by its quality and attention-to-detail, while the price was realistic enough to meet the constraints of our budget,” comments Victoria Robb, Housing Development & Regeneration Officer for the council. “It’s early days to report on maintenance and durability, but we are expecting the floor to provide our tenants with a great long-term flooring choice.”
With Optimum Click, specifiers and developers can expect maximum performance with the floor delivering Class 33 rated use and a 25-year residential guarantee. In Click specification, Optimum luxury vinyl floors feature PerfectFold V for both vertical and horizontal locking for faster installation, but it is the TitanV wear surface that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Offering excellent scratch, wear and stain resistance, TitanV™ makes Pergo commercial vinyl flooring impressively resilient to commonplace dirt and spills and helps to keep the floor easy to clean. 100% waterproof, Pergo Optimum Click floors are ideal for use in kitchens or bathrooms, as well as in areas such as conservatories, previously strictly the territory of glue-down LVT.

Soft, quiet and comfortable underfoot, as well as eminently practical, the two designs come in a tile format.
Some 279 square metres of Pergo Optimum Click have been installed on two housing development sites in Swadlincote and Overseal providing a lasting and low maintenance floor finish.
