The first episode aired on 12 January 2011 on TV4. In the show, amateur chefs create mouth-watering dishes to win the jury. The competition takes places in a custom built restaurant, which features extremely durable Pergo restaurant flooring. Remember that the floor must withstand not only foot traffic but also moving heavy camera and lighting equipment.
