“We wanted to demonstrate that you can build an E0 home with a timber frame construction without the need for heavy construction work,” explains commercial director Pieter Devos. Working in conjunction with an interior architect and landscaper, Dewaele looked at every detail of the home.
For the living area, they chose a wooden floor covering in the form of Pergo Lofoten with an archipelago oak design. Wood with notes of max. 20 mm and varying colour combined with a deep brushed structure that enhances the natural appearance of the wood. The extra matte varnish combines the natural look of untreated wood with the utmost protection for straightforward floor maintenance. The children’s bedrooms were finished with a laminate floor: Pergo Domestic Elegance in French oak design (wooden structure and matte finish), while the master bedroom was fitted out with Pergo Modern Plank Sensation laminate in town house oak design. Pergo Sensation laminate also features Aquasafe technology for superior water resistance.
The new show home can be viewed every Saturday between 2 and 6 pm or by appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
